Please have your serial number, job number, rectifier rating, and contact information handy. If you need to leave a message, please include as much of this information as possible as this will enable us to serve you more quickly.
How do I find my rectifier or transformer’s serial number?
Serial numbers are located on the nameplate of the rectifier. You may also locate the serial number in the title block of the system schematics or on the front page of your user manual. The serial number for a rectifier transformer can be found on a metal plate affixed to the top of the transformer. Stand alone transformers will have the serial number on the nameplate and on a metal plate affixed to the top of the transformer.
How do I find my sales order number?
Sales order numbers are located on the nameplate of the rectifier. You may also locate the sales order number in the title block of the system schematics or the front page of your user manual.

How do I calibrate my rectifier?
The calibration procedure is dependent on the particular electronics installed in the rectifier. See the “ELECTRONIC MANUALS” for the electronics installed in your rectifier. These documents include information on adjustments and potentiometers to be adjusted at the board level.
