Description |
|

The
EUU-7-102000000 circuit card is designed to perform all
control and interface functions associated with a standard
switch mode power supply.
The boards functions can be divided into three
categories; membrane
switch interface, customer/remote interface, and power supply
regulation.
-
The
board is designed to connect to a NEMA4x rated touch panel.
The board mounts directly behind the panel such that
status LED’s and digital meters show through designated
areas.

The
customer interface consists of two sections, one for relay
functions, and one for isolated analog read-back and control.
All customer connections are on terminal strips,
allowing connection by either fork or ring lugs.

All
power supply functions come through a 34 pin ribbon cable
connection. A
companion board (EUU-7-102010000) provides EMI filtering and
through panel connection.
Control power, feedback, interlocks, and control are
all routed through this connector.
The board features embedded control loops for voltage
and current with automatic crossover, and indication of
operating mode. Output
is pulse width modulated, and set up for H-bridge control.
Provisions are built in for ramping and limiting of
current operating point.
