The EU-10063 Drive/Firing package is an assembly consisting of an EU-10053D Regulator ( Drive Circuit) and an EU-10013D Firing Circuit. 

The EU-10013D is an assembly that has been designed to provide gate firing pulses to 6 pulse thyristor controlled power supplies.  The assembly consists of two circuit boards.  The top board has the logic and control circuitry, the bottom board has the gate output.  The circuit has six isolated ‘hard fire’ outputs.  Hard fire provides a high gate current for a very short time, followed by a ‘backporch’ current.

The EU-10053D regulator controls the output of a power supply in response to reference signals (set  points), feedback (limit) adjustments, and power supply load conditions.

This circuit is a replacement for all previous versions of Model Number EU-10063 Drive/Firing Circuits.  It is a pin-for-pin replacement and will work directly when installed into a power supply operating in a 60 Hz power system.
